  We stayed in the townhome for two months(July/August) and as the weather got warmer, it became very uncomfortable to sleep in the bedrooms with out air conditioning. I would highly recommend owners install AC. Also, the road very loud, especially early morning and night. We liked the location and and property is good condition, comfortable furnishings..

  A few very minor hiccups ice maker t.v when we got there which were fixed immediately by the management company. Lovely decor right near I 5 so you can get anywhere quickly 5 minutes to Del Mar beach. Would totally recommend he house to anyone families or couples.

  From the moment we walked into this lovely bright home we felt welcomed. Beauituflly appointed, incredibly clean and great location. I want to rave about this property but I am afraid then we won't be able to book again because everyone will want to stay. The home had everything we could possibly want. Management company also really easy to work with and lovely welcome bag.

  I live in the area and needed a place to stay during the early stages of a remodel. I was happy to find a local property that offered both comfort and convenience. The home is incredibly well-appointed and comfortable - the living area boasts large stuffed couches and a recliner and the attached balcony boasts a great view of the sunset over the ocean.
  
  I only used one bedroom but the unit has two master bedrooms with king-sized beds and another smaller bedroom with two double beds. There are two large, full-sized bathrooms with fantastic water pressure and plenty of mirror space.
  
  The kitchen is all-modern and unlike other vacation rentals, where cheap plates and pans are available, this unit offers top-of-the-line settings, pans and appliances.
  
  Convenience-wise, you can't do better. You're a two minute drive from a large shopping plaza with a grocery store, Home Goods and restaurants. The highway is equally close and you're a very short drive to the Cedros district and Hwy 101.
  
  The location is just off of the golf course and the area is exceedingly quiet and private. At night you can enjoy really nice strolls around the cart paths.
  
  Only downside had nothing to do with the property but with the landscaping team, who have a work station across from the unit. One of the guys refuses to park with his co-workers and instead parks outside of the unit, blocking either the three public parking spots or your garage, making it so difficult to back out that I used the public spots exclusively.
  
  I highly recommend this property. It is comfortable, elegant, quiet and convenient - a top notch place to enjoy our beautiful North County lifestyle.

  The location is next to the grounds storage area and close to the road so it's loud but it's also close to tennis and golf. Grounds workers parked in the guest parking and sometimes in front of our garage making it difficult to get out. Couches and other small items need replacing. Ext. grounds need some TLC.

  This home was well- stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Exceptionally clean upon arrival. It was a VERY hot summer and there is no air conditoning, but other than the heat, we enjoyed the townhouse. There is an ocean view from the kitchen and family room and lovely sunsets.
