Upgraded 3 bedroom and 2.5-bathroom Townhouse located in gated oceanfront community of the Del Mar Beach Club.
It is nicely decorated and overlooks the patio which has its own table, chairs and gas barbecue. Enjoy the fireplace in the living room for those chilly nights and ceiling fans for that tropical feel with our abundant sunshine.

The primary bedroom with a balcony is furnished with 1 king bed and its own bathroom, walk-in closet and a Flat screen TV; second bedroom queen-sized bed and third bedroom with two single beds and Flat screen TV and extra bathroom in the hallway. Additional amenities include a 60-inch flat screen TV's, Washer/dryer, high speed internet.There is a large private patio, it usually catches a gentle ocean breeze. There is also washer/dryer making it easy to keep those beach attires clean and dry.
Complex has 4 pools, 2 Jacuzzi's, saunas, gym and tennis/pickleball courts. Oceanfront clubhouse and private steps to the beach.

Perfect family spot, you are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and galleries, Cedros Design District and Del Mar Racetrack. Also the Solana Beach train station, which offers direct service to downtown San Diego, Gaslamp District, Little Italy, and Embarcadero area!

Parking notes: 2 covered parking spaces at front door. Pets allowed with prior approval only. Additional fees will apply. No Smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (this is inside and outside the property).

  This was our 3rd trip to Solana Beach and staying at Del Mar Shores Beach Club. This unit was really nicely decorated the kitchen and linen closet was well equipped with everything we needed. Can't beat the location, just steps to the beach. Can't wait to come back next year!

  Great location and complex. Helpful office staff. Very much enjoyed the beach and great room over looking the ocean. Rental unit itself was comfortable and had nice layout, well equipped, comfortable patio. Some odds and ends improvements needed; blinds in family room broken and need replacement, towel racks in upstairs bathroom kept falling down, master bathroom light above mirror very rusty, shower hot water in main bath takes very long to become warm. Some significant construction noise during second week. Floors in unit need to be washed well.

  I only gave question a 4/5 because of some minor things. The TVs were somewhat out dated compared to most places. They are functional, however. One of the screen doors to the patio barely opened. I was afraid that pushing any harder would break it. We just avoided using it. Again, these are truly minor things but trying to be thorough here.
  The management staff were very helpful and made the entire experience very easy.

  The floors needed deep cleaning and there were a few minor repairs that were needed. These were taken care of quickly.
  The mattress in the Master needs to be replaced it is very uncomfortable.

  I stayed in this unit 4 and a half months. The management company was always helpful and took care of any problems quickly. Very friendly.
  The property is very nice and well cared for. It could be a little cleaner, floors and wood work specifically. My only negative comment would be that the MBR mattress needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable.

  The dishwasher does not work very well. we hand-washed everything because what came out of the dishwasher was still dirty. Stove was difficult to work...took forever to boil water. The floors were very dirty.

  Solana Beach/Del Mar area is clean and beautiful and we hope to back next year. Although not as warm as Arizona, it is nice to be near the ocean. Sure beats 30 below and shovelling snow up north.

  Three generations ( Nana, mom and dad, 2 grandchildren ) spent a wonderful sunny week at the condo in Solana Beach. The facility is spotless and has everything needed to prepare meals. We even had a dinner party for nine and had plenty of plates etc for the group. The sunset views from the sun deck are great. We plan to return next winter in December.

• This unit is in a great complex - super access to the beach and especially Dog Beach near by. The party room,is beautiful with amazing views for sunset,etc. Pool and amenities are very nice - I recommend staying on the beach side of the complex.
